As you may or may not know, every month Bombshell Stamps has a sketch challenge. The sketch is up in the Casino in the Bombshell Stamps forum at the beginning of the month, and you have all month to play along! Kathi makes the most fantastic sketches and she let's us change it around so we can make the sketch our own. The only real "rule" is that you must use Bombshell Stamps. So please feel free to play along with us each month! Upload your sketch to the Bombshell blog post and forum for your chance to win a free Bombshell Stamp set!
Here is the sketch for February:
Here's my take on the sketch:
When I first saw this sketch, for some odd reason, I thought - slot machine. So I flipped the sketch and went with a card reminiscent of a slot machine. And since it's the Bombshell Casino, of course it's a Girl's Ruin Slot Machine!
I used the Girl's Ruin, Tiki Party, and Cherry Bomb Sets all by Bombshell Stamps. I stamped them in Tsukineko Memento ink and colored them with my Copics. The font was typed and printed out with my printer. It's the 7 Segmental Digital Display by Ash Pikachu Font which is a free download at DaFont.com. The black background was embossed with the Regency Embossing Folder by Craftwell in the eBosser.
Thanks for taking a look at my interpretation of the February sketch. Don't forget to upload one of your cards at the Bombshell Blog!
