Hey All! Happy Monday!
I have been trying to tackle my pile of unfinished jewelry and crafts. You know those projects that you start and just somehow, someway they get pushed to the side for a few months until they start begging you to finish them. This necklace is one of those projects.
I used black bottle caps, Epiphany Crafts' Shape Studio Tool Round 25 with skull and crossbone paper from an older My Mind's Eye Lost and Found Halloween 6x6 paper pad. I adhered the epoxy rounds in the bottlecaps with Glossy Accents.
The chain and black rhinestone chains are from Michael's and AC Moore.
It was a cloudy NJ day when I took these pics. The color is a little different then pictured. Since no one was around to model it, I took a selfie so you can all see what it looks like on.
Thanks for stopping by my blog!

Kim, what a wonderfully creative necklace! My daughter in law would looove this. And you sew and crochet- such a talented person! :)
ReplyDeleteI'd love for you to bring any of your crafts to my party tomorrow- it's called Treasure Box Tuesday, and it starts at 6:00 a.m. Central Time (Yesterfood.blogspot.com). Are you eastern time? I think that would be 7:00 a.m. eastern time. Anyway, bring anything you'd like- our party is for recipes, crafts, DIY, photography, any of those types of things. :D Hope to see you!
Oh wow, this looks awesome.
ReplyDeleteBottles caps always seem to too useful to throw away, but I'm never sure what to do with them. This is a great idea.
